LUMPS

A painless hard lump in the testicles may be testicular cancer and requires urgent assessment as well as blood tests and an ultrasound. We will see you urgently for this and order any other scans and sperm banking if required. Surgery for suspected cancer (radical orchidectomy) and other treatments will be organised by the team.
